Our mission is simple; be a leading online solution for consumers shopping for new and used vehicles, as well as, a strong avenue for local dealerships to market and sell their vehicles online. We are excited to build an energized and experienced sales team capable of selling our expanding product solutions to car dealerships in the Detroit market.
As a Media Consultant, the candidate will be focused on meeting with 10 - 15 dealerships daily. The successful candidate will be trained on industry leading products that deliver a return on investment to our customers. The candidate needs to be self-motivated and be able to work within a structured environment. The candidate needs to understand the car business and have a passion for it. The candidate must enjoy prospecting and understand the importance of following a sales call process. The candidate should possess exceptional mental toughness to qualify and disqualify prospects. The candidate must understand that the right attitude coupled with the right activity inevitably leads to financial success in sales and growing a book of business over the long term.

Meet minimum sales objectives and activity requirements:
Sell a minimum of 3 new customers monthly
30-50 face-to-face cold calls weekly with dealership prospects
Face-to-face visits monthly with each of your current customers
Report daily details of cold calls, visits, presentations in the CRM and to your SDM
Fluent in working within a CRM
Must have a hunter background and mentality
Strong customer service skills
Strong character and values
Minimum of 3 years of successful outside business to business sales experience
Automotive Advertising and Media sales experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Successful at building & maintaining productive customer relationships
Demonstrate skill and knowledge of our entire suite of products, the ability to follow our sales call process and process the necessary enrollment paperwork in our systems
Use the appropriate tools to provide professional sales presentations, along with accurate and timely completion of a client's enrollment paperwork
Use your IPAD and value story materials with every face-to-face presentation
Demonstrate competency using our systems (i.e. MS Office products, Internet, Credit, CRM)
Excellent Internet knowledge and acquired web skills necessary
Self-motivated and enjoys working in an autonomous environment
Self-managed individual measured by agreed upon activity objectives
Position involves travel
Work full days every day
Exhibit a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to be coached and a desire to improve
