A highly esteemed investment advisory firm located in downtown Baltimore is looking for a dedicated and seasoned Executive Assistant to support two of their C level executives. Responsibilities include: heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling international and domestic travel, creating expense reports. Must be able to handle things constantly changing at last minute. The ideal candidate will be task oriented, a quick learner, posses the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Working hours: 8am-5pm
Requirements:
--Associates of Bachelor's degree preferred
--5
years of experience required
--Ability to interact with multiple executives in a professional and articulate manner
--Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Word, and Concur
--Additional knowledge of Adobe programs, Quickstart, FilMakerPro, and WebEx is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
