Position Overview
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasurable dining experience. Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, ensuring staffing and training of the service team, financial forecasting, scheduling employees and other typical managerial tasks.

Qualifications for the General Manager Position:
3-5 years experience in the restaurant industry, minimum 2 years as a salaried manager
Strong skills in bar management and liquor inventory management
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls
Prior knowledge with Performance Management
No restrictions on working late nights
