o Collaborating with marketing, product managers, finance, risk, and other business partners to drive profit optimization and prospect selection strategies capitalizing on opportunities identified through analysis
o Leveraging internal and external points of view on consumer behaviors to create a broad perspective on the trends of existing customers and prospects. Identify strategic initiatives that can leverage these trends to solve business challenges.
o Drive opportunities by understanding their competitors, customers, and business challenges.
o Evaluate value proposition constructs for new and existing products
o Incorporating macroeconomic trends as well as the competitive and regulatory landscape into analytic endeavors and strategy recommendations
o Ensure control processes on project management and analytic process are followed for product analysis.
o Utilize technical expertise and quantitative tools to provide data driven solutions and enhanced segmentation.
o Development of statistical models.
The minimum qualifications for the
position
are:
o Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred. (Masters or above in fields including but not limited to: Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics)
o 3
years of analytical work experience preferred, with broad understanding of business needs and issues
o Strong SAS and SQL skills required
o Ability in strategic thinking and the ability to frame business problems.
o A strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to frame new ideas, recommendations, and analysis to influence decision making across the organization.
o An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders
o Targeting model development experience
o Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools required.
o Strong research discipline with proven ability to translate data into meaningful information and actionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
